The Bell runs on 230V AC Supply and the remote comes with 9V DC Battery. This product is genuine, compatible and operates very effectively. It is made by genuine INDIAN brand with proper quality check and assurance. If this product doesn't work, then customer can return it within 07 days of buying with proper packing, hence it reaches us in good condition. It’s not necessary that item not useful for you, won’t be of use to any other customer. As per return policy, the product is returnable only if it has any manufacturing or technical defect. The return policy doesn’t cover any breakage, burnt (internal and/or external), physical damage.
