1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipping:
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.

    • A full refund will be issued for orders canceled within this timeframe.
  • After Shipping:
    • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Customers may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.

2. Order Cancellation by Upix Inc.

Upix Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Out of Stock: If the product is unavailable or out of stock.
  • Payment Issues: If payment could not be processed or verified.
  • Incorrect Details: If there are discrepancies in the shipping address or customer details.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent will be canceled immediately.

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 4-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer upon providing necessary bank details.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders cannot be canceled after placement:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or with “final sale” tags.

5. Late or Missing Cancellations
