  • All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), shipping, packaging. No charges are levied separately.

  • In case of any pricing discrepancy due to technical errors, the final price will be confirmed during checkout.

2. Discounts and Promotions

  • Seasonal Discounts: Periodic offers and discounts are applied automatically or through promo codes.
  • Bulk Purchases: Discounts may apply to bulk orders; for inquiries, please contact our sales team at care@upixinc.com.
  • Promo Codes: Only one promo code can be used per transaction. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to already discounted items.

3. Shipping and Additional Charges

  • Shipping charges are included in the product price and not charged separately.
  • Any additional services, such as gift wrapping, adding greetings, etc. will incur separate charges, which will be clearly communicated before payment.

4. Price Match Policy

We strive to offer competitive pricing and may consider price matching for identical products offered by authorized & relevant competitors. Price match requests should be sent to care@upixinc.com with proof of the competitor’s pricing.

5. Errors and Omissions

While we strive for accuracy, errors in product pricing or descriptions may occur. Upix Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Correct errors and revise pricing before processing an order.
  • Cancel orders with incorrect pricing; customers will be notified and refunded promptly in such cases.
