  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak sale periods may require additional processing time. We strive to keep you updated regarding any delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.

Domestic Shipping (Within India): typically takes 2-5 business days.

International Shipping:

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our services.

Delivery Partners:

We collaborate with reliable logistics partners such as Amazon Shipping, Ekart, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure secure and efficient deliveries.

3. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep our shipping charges affordable and transparent, all shipping charges are inclusive of prices mentioned on the website. No extra charges or taxes are levied – final price is shown on our product listings.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email or SMS or WhatsApp with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. You can also track your order directly through our website or the delivery partner’s portal.

5. Packaging

We take extra care to ensure that your items are securely packaged to minimize any risk of damage during transit. Our secured & tamper-proof packaging ensures the safe delivery of your order.

Delivery Policies and Issues

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our delivery partners will make a maximum three attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Address:

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Upix Inc. is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays:

  • We strive to deliver orders on time; however, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, natural calamities, riots, curfews, lockdowns or logistical issues may cause delays. We will keep you informed and work to resolve any issues promptly.

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifications: If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, contact us immediately at care@upixinc.com or call +919016382240. Changes can only be made if the order has not been shipped.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may initiate a return (see our Return and Refund Policy).

8. Damaged or Missing Items

We take utmost care to ensure the safe delivery of your order. However, if your item is:

  • Damaged: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Missing: Contact us immediately if any items are missing from your order.

In both cases, we will either issue a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.
